Applications

Applications for all the Faculty of Education postgraduate programs should be submitted on the UOW Postgraduate Coursework application form.

International Student Applications:

Applications from international students (i.e. students who do not have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status) must be accompanied by an application fee, currently $AUD 75.00.

A summary of the relevant English Language Requirements appears below.  International students should however, also look carefully at the information provided on the International Student web page for the most current, detailed information regarding English Language requirements.

English Language Requirements for international students:


IELTS (ACADEMIC)

Overall score of 6.5 plus the following band scores:
6.0 in reading, writing, listening and speaking


TOEFL

  • 575 (Paper)
  • 231 (Computer)
  • 88 (Internet-based) with not less than:
    • 22 in Writing
    • 20 in Reading
    • 17 in Listening and
    • 18 in Speaking.
  • 4.5 TWE/Essay Rating

WUC Test (For WUC English Language Students only)
